Our Customers Say it Best…

Proactive in every respect. Knowledgeable and experienced. Confident and capable at steering the ship while listening and asking questions every step of the way. Highly recommend Kim and her team!

Kim (and Marcy) were absolutely fantastic to work with during our home search. We were moving from an urban condo and did not have an area nor price range we were set on, which can make for an unorganized buying experience. They listened to our preferences and made great recommendations on both  neighborhoods and home characteristics. We looked at a number of different properties but only ended up making one offer. We nearly made an earlier offer on another home, but Kim helped us hash out our concerns and suggested we keep looking. We did eventually find a perfect fit for our family after Kim guided us through the negotiation process. We expect this to be our home for a long time, so our only complaint is that we won’t be working with Kim and her team anytime soon!

My wife and I worked with Marcy Libby to walk us thru our home search. She is incredible! Professional, personable, & extremely knowledgeable. What I found priceless about Marcy was her willingness to be honest with her take on any given home; if she didn’t feel a property was a good investment  she expressed her concern…..she was always looking out for our best interest. I own a business and am always looking for outstanding referrals for my clients. Found one!

Kim was wonderful to work with and made the sale of our home extremely easy for us. She has superior knowledge of real estate transactions and her advice was excellent on every level. We would highly recommend her and would absolutely use her as our agent again.

We were very impressed by the work from Kim Pease team. What I appreciated most is that they were constantly collecting data points (and encouraging us to do that as well) and adjusting the strategy as needed. I found some other agents grabbed on to a single strategy and just went after that.   Which may work but Kim and team took in information and adjusted as needed. They handled everything for our staging including some small repairs and made it so easy for us to get our house sold (within 2 days, even before the open house was set to happen).
